Dennis Carroll brings over 20 years of experience in Probation, Foster Youth, and Juvenile Justice. Holding an M.A. in Administration of Justice and Security, he has served as a bureau chief, specializing in data-driven managementand performance systems development. His initiatives have strengthened the Probation Department’s strategic decision-making, performance measurement, and operational efficiency.
Dennis is committed to program success and serves as a primary responder to on-site programs. His key responsibilities include:
- Hiring staff and conducting background checks
- Overseeing training to ensure instructors are well-prepared
- Maintaining regular communication and supervision with program staff
