Chander Joshi is a strategic leader with extensive experience in budgeting, business planning, compliance, and organizational management. He plays a key role in ensuring financial oversight, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency across the company.

His expertise includes:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Establishing policies and procedures to enhance operations
• Monitoring legislation and ensuring compliance with Private Foundation, State, and Federal regulations
• Analytical problem-solving and investigative reporting
• Overseeing DOJ/FBI background check compliance for all staff

Chander is also dedicated to developing an online educational community aimed at supporting underachieving youth and low-income adults. His additional responsibilities include:

• Reporting to and supporting the Board of Directors
• Coordinating company-wide organizational management
