
Ben Keller
Director of Operations
Ben Keller brings over 20 years of experience in education, including 13 years as a classroom teacher and 8 years in administration. As a dedicated leader with a passion for education, he has a proven track record of success as a Regional Director and is instrumental in managing day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional learning experiences for students and outstanding service to families and institutions.
Ben’s diverse teaching background includes working in public high schools, K-8 charter schools, and private language schools. He has taught a wide range of subjects, including:
- History, American Government, and Economics
- Foundational Math and Literacy
- Public Speaking and English as a Foreign Language
- Spanish for both native and non-native speakers
With experience in virtual and after-school credit recovery programs, Ben has served as both a teacher and administrator. As a high school principal, he successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning instruction between traditional, virtual, and hybrid models.
His leadership extends beyond the classroom, including:
- Presenting and training educators on strategies for teaching English language learners
- Implementing school-wide systems for data analysis and instructional alignment to boost student achievement
In his role, Ben fosters strategic vision, operational excellence, team leadership, and strong communication. He is deeply committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
